How I'll work with you and your family members
When we meet, we will discuss what it is that is keeping you awake at night, the issues that are weighing on your heart. We will then work through a process of unpacking the issue, exploring your options, and coming up with actions which will help move you towards your goal. Using multiple methadologies and modalities, I offer person-centred care and will approach your issue using a strengths based practice. I will use a combination of mentoring, coaching and counselling - tailored uniquely for you and your unique situation. I do not offer textbook solutions, we can challenge the current way of doing things and find a way that suits you. I will walk your path with you, and together we will find the way Options for working together

I hope when you visit for your appointment, you will feel relaxed and at ease. My office is located in a cottage at 54 Hills Street, North Gosford. I hope you feel that you can leave your burdens at the door on the way out, knowing that together we've come up with some great strategies to change your circumstances, or the way that you currently view the issue. My hope for you is that you walk away from our meeting feeling that you are no longer travelling this difficult path on your own, but rather with an experienced and trusted advisor who has been where you are and has come out the other end thriving - now helping you to do the same
